  • What types of BBQ do you offer?
    I love this question. Contrary to popular belief, BBQ is a global cuisine and just about every culture has its own type of delicious BBQ. Our BBQ is a fusion of traditional, Texas-style cooking techniques with a wide range of global flavors to really make your taste buds pop. Give our smoked brisket a try, you won’t be sorry.
     
  • Do you accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)?
    We have several menu options to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests.

  • What is your minimum order size?
    It varies from item to item. Lunchboxes are a minimum order of 9, while buffets start at 12. We also have an a- la-carte menu of meats and sides which has a $75 minimum.

  • What areas do you serve?
    We typically stay within the 275 beltway (OH and KY) but we’ve also done events in Columbus, so give us a call or email and tell us about your event.

  • What is included in your catering packages?
    Our most popular packages are the 1 meat/2 sides buffet and the 2 meats/2 sides buffet. You get house sauces and house pickles with both. Plates, utensils, delivery, onsite servers are all priced separately. Need a quote, please complete a brief ENQUIRY form located on the catering page of our website to get the ball rolling.

  • Do you provide staff for events?
    Yes. From servers to onsite Chefs, we’ve got you covered.

  • Do you offer delivery, or is pickup required?
    Both are options. Our catering kitchen is in Newport, KY if you want to pick up an order at no charge or delivery fees start at $25.

  • How far in advance should I book a catering?
    We recommend that you book a catering as soon as you know your event date. Especially for large events. Please note that a deposit is required for us to hold a date and that the deposit is non-refundable.

  • What is your refund policy?
    Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Do you cater to both small and large events?
    Big and small, we cater to them all. 300 is typically our limit but it ultimately depends on the menu.

  • Can you accommodate outdoor events?
    We have several local event supply partners that can provide everything from silverware to food warmers. Please note that we include a 10% handling fee for any event supply orders we facilitate.

  • Do you provide tastings?
    We provide complimentary tasting for up to 4 people.

  • Can you accommodate last-minute orders?
    Many times, we can, it just depends on what we’ve got on our plate when you call.

  • How do you handle leftovers?
    We always encourage customers to be prepared for leftovers. We can provide compostable take-home containers for a small charge. When applicable, we can arrange for leftovers to go to a local pantry, or we can compost leftovers at our kitchen.

  • Do you offer BBQ grilling on-site?
    With enough advance planning, we can accommodate a request to grill onsite.

  • Do you handle cleanup after an event?
    We’ll work with you and the venue staff to ensure there’s a clean-up plan in place.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Cash and credit cards. We do accept payment by check but not less than 3 weeks before an event.

  • Can I request a quote online?
